Terms & Conditions of Sale
The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Health Within indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Health Within reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Health Within is the service provider; it is also referred to as “us” and “we”. Customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from Health Within; it is also referred to as “you”.

If we cannot fill the order for any reason, Health Within will notify the customer and will be refunded.

Placing an Order
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Zobil Greens. Additions cannot be made to online orders once they have been confirmed.

Price Variation
Health Within may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Health Within, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.

Stock Availability
If a product is not listed on the web site then it not available for sale with online orders.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order to Health Within, please contact one of our customer service staff immediately on (07) 5444 4607 (in Australia) or via our contact page.

At Health Within we process orders quickly, so please contact customer service as soon as possible if you want to make changes. Please note that once an order has left our shop, it cannot be cancelled, however you can return it if you wish.

Delivery Arrangements
Orders are delivered within Australia by either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. International orders will be dispatched by Australia Post and delivered by your local postal service. Parcels may be required to be signed for at the time of delivery. Deliveries to unattended address will be left a note requiring you to contact Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to arrange a suitable time to deliver parcel. If you fail to contact the delivering company and item is returned to Zobil Greens you will be required to pay a second delivery fee to have parcel sent again.

Delivery Times
Health Within will make every effort to deliver on time. Delivery times are in business days.

Delivery times exclude Merchant’s order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include Merchant handling time (e.g. to authorise an order and process it through the warehouse). Delivery times are independent of the weight or dimensions of a parcel.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
