Return & Refund Policy

  1. Orders may be returned if all below criteria met
    1. Product un-opened, undamaged.
    2. Digital products or in-app purchases non refundable.
    3. Return initiated via email sales@zobil.com.au and dispatched within strictly 5 business days of receipt t: Health Within Supplements, Box 510 Golden Beach QLD 4551.
  2. Only the value of product refundable, not postage.
  3. A re-stocking fee may be deducted from refund.
  4. Refund will be made in the same form it is paid eg paypal, credit card etc.
  5. If only part of an order returned, bulk quantity cost will no longer apply. For example if 3kg Barley grass ordered and 1-2 kg returned the cost of 1 or 2kg purchase price will apply.
